The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 211(RES) pass the House?" Representative Westlake moved and asked unanimous consent to rescind action in passing CSHB 211(RES)(efd fld). There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 211(RES) pass the House?"
